Eastleigh Borough Council previously owned and managed the allotments in the Borough.
From 1 April 2022 the ownership of the allotments at St Catherines Road, Boyatt Wood transferred to Boyatt Wood Parish Council which has a statutory power to own and manage allotments for their residents.
Under a Service Level agreement, Eastleigh Borough Council continued to administer the allotments. From 1 April 2024 Boyatt Wood Parish Council will take over the complete management of the Boyatt Wood Garden Allotments

Plot costs
Allotment Gardens are available in two sizes.
- Half plot (Approx 50² metres) at £30.00 per year.
- Full Plot (Approx 100² metres) at £60.00 per year per year.
- Plus a deposit of a years rent.
